The pre-sales toolkit
One workspace from the requirement matrix to a deal pack: fitment per row, scope, effort with its reconciliation, and a licence position that never quotes a price. It runs on the model I calibrated against deals I delivered in Southeast Asia. Try the scoping pack below first; it needs no account and costs no AI.
Try it: a scoping pack for up to three modules
What you get
Fit & scope. Each requirement mapped to a sub-module and feature, called OOB, config, custom, add-on or another tool, with a weighted score. The questions to ask next, and the licence flags to qualify.
Size. One effort model: base ES per module, five complexity factors capped at 2.2, integrations by tier, workstreams, overhead, hypercare, contingency. Every result prints its reconciliation.
Licences. The minimum tier per capability, true quantities per persona and asset, the traps that apply, and the list to confirm with your ServiceNow AE. Never a price.
Deal pack. One .xlsx with every stage, saved with the knowledge-base version it used. Deals are kept, so the next bid starts from the last one.
How access works
Send a line about the deal or the problem you're working on.
I read every request myself. You'll hear back by the second working day at the latest; deals with a date get a same-day reply.
You get a personal key and a monthly allowance of model time. Sign in at clawofrohan.com/app. Free while in early access; no card, no licence sales.
