What this site keeps, and why
This is a one-person site run by Rohan Raj in Singapore. There is no ad tech and nothing is sold or shared. Here is everything it stores.
When you request access
Your name, email, and, if you give them, company, role and a line about the deal. Also the network address the request came from, used only to rate-limit the form. I read the request, approve or decline it, and email you. The record stays in the request queue so I can see what I approved; you can ask me to delete it at any time.
When you use the workspace
- Your access key is held in your browser tab only and is gone when you close it.
- Every deal and run you create is stored with its inputs, results and the knowledge-base version it used, so you can reopen and export it. It is visible to you and, for support and cost control, to me.
- Every model call is metered: which tool, which model, how many tokens, what it cost. This is what enforces your monthly allowance. Requirement text you paste is sent to the model provider to produce the result and is not used to train anything.
The public pages
The weekly fitment page keeps your calls for each set in your own browser's storage, nothing is sent anywhere. The home page uses Google Analytics for page counts. The Labs agents log each query's cost and turnaround in their ledger, without the query text.
Retention and deletion
Workspace data is kept while your access is active and for 90 days after it ends, then deleted. Backups roll off on the same schedule. Email rohanrajnist@gmail.com to see, correct or delete anything held about you; I answer within two working days.
